In 2010 Universal Precision was purchased by the majority shareholders of Ahlers Aerospace, Inc. and moved next door to their facility in Hurst Texas. Ahlers Aerospace, Inc. is an aerospace instrumentation company and FAA Repair Station established in 2000.
